Oksana Grigorieva Leans on Her Ex for Support, Claims She Didn’t Release Tapes

As the battle wages on for Mel Gibson and ex Oksana Grigorieva, she continues to claim she didn’t release the explicit, racist-ridden tapes or the photo of herself with broken teeth.

“I didn’t release anything and I’m not happy with the lies being spread,” she told PEOPLE. “But when the court is done with the investigation, then I’ll be able to talk.”

For now, Grigorieva is reaching out to her ex, former James Bond actor Timothy Dalton and explains he’s a good shoulder to lean on.
Dalton is the father of Grigorieva’s 12-year-old son, Alexander and has been seen coming to her house, which is owned by Mel Gibson.

“We raise our son together,” Grigorieva said. “He’s a good father and they have a very good relationship.”

TMZ reported earlier this week that Grigorieva used tapes of Gibson’s explosive rants to attempt to extort him of more than $10 million.

The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department is investigating Gibson over an alleged domestic violence incidentinvolving his ex-girlfriend, Grigorieva. According to a news release, police have opened an inquiry into the alleged attack, which is dated Jan. 6, and are “currently gathering information regarding the allegations.”

Grigorieva has already claimed the actor punched her in the face, knocking out her two front teeth, during an argument. Grigorieva also claims Gibson hit and bruised his baby daughter — and there are photos to prove it. According to RadarOnline, the images allegedly show baby Lucia with a bruise on her chin and are part of her sealed declaration to the court.

The pair broke up in April after dating for a little over a year. At the time, Grigorieva was quoted as saying, “We have split up, suddenly and recently … Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon.”
